Privacy policy

This page explains what data the website collects, why, and how to exercise your rights. Data controller: Houssem Blibech, contact@houssem-blibech.fr.

Contact form

• Data: name, e-mail address, type of need and message.
• Purpose: answering your request and, where relevant, preparing a proposal.
• Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
• Recipient: Houssem Blibech only. The message is sent by e-mail through Zoho Mail (Zoho Corporation), on servers located in the European Union.
• Retention: three years after our last exchange, then deleted.

Cookies and local storage

The website sets no analytics or advertising cookie. It only keeps your theme choice (Night or Day) in your browser's local storage. This preference never leaves your device and requires no consent.

Third-party services

• Fonts are hosted on the website itself: no request goes to a third-party font service.
• Article and project images are served by a self-hosted server (directus.blibech.info).
• Share buttons (LinkedIn, X, Facebook) are plain links: nothing is loaded from these networks unless you click.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for its portability by writing to contact@houssem-blibech.fr. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
